The IBPS RRB Officer Scale I exam is actually “Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Officers Scale-I in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) – CRP RRBs VI”. This exam is also referred as IBPS RRB PO exam.

IBPS RRB Recruitment to fill the post of Officer Scale I, takes place every year. Once you qualify the exam, you are hired as an Officer Scale I in one of the participating banks as per your preference, merit and the official IBPS Officer Scale 1 Cut Off.

  1. IBPS RRB Education Qualification

  • The minimum qualifications required to apply for IBPS RRB Recruitment is a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Please make note that you cannot apply if you are still in your last year of the degree.
  • It is also desired that you have Basic Knowledge of Computers Knowledge

IBPS selection process for the RRB 2017 exam consists of 3 stages, which are:

  1. Prelims Exam

  2. Mains Exam (Objective + Descriptive)

  3. Interview

  • There is one-fourth negative marking in both Prelims & Mains both for each question answered wrongly!

  • Once you clear the first 2 stages of IBPS RRB Exam, you will have to appear for an Interview.
